Nicole Raczynski is an American professional wrestler who is best known for her work in Total Nonstop Action under the ring name Roxxi. She also works the indepent wrestling scene as Nikki Roxx.

Knocked Out: The Unappreciated Knockout

”In light of Gail Kim’s departure from the organization, and Taylor Wilde’s huge title push a few months ago garnering a lukewarm response from the audience, TNA is searching for a top woman babyface character to lead the Knockout division. They have a clear-cut lead heel in Awesome Kong, but no clear-cut lead babyface. Kim’s departure from the company & Wilde’s lack of crowd response played into Christy Hemme finally getting a chance after largely sitting on the sidelines since the birth of the Knockouts division late last year. Additionally, TNA has started looking outside as some girls currently not affiliated with the company are being considered.”

When I read the quote you see above I was both excited and upset. I was excited to hear that TNA was looking outside their company for new female talent (something they should’ve been doing anyway). But I was upset that they thought they needed to find someone new to be their top female babyface when they never seemed to explore the possibility that a certain woman already on their roster could be that person.
Someone who managed to get over with the fans without the TNA machine getting behind her, who’s proven herself, but has never really been given an opportunity to run with the ball.
I’m talking about Roxxi.

Impact Preview
This Thursday night, TNA Wrestling returns to SpikeTV for two hours of Total Nonstop Action, including the final countdown to the Sunday, February 8 “Against All Odds” Pay-Per-View spectacular.
Scheduled for the broadcast is the following:
- How will the members of the Main Event Mafia react to the return of Samoa Joe following his injury at the hands of the M.E.M?
- Speaking of the Mafia, in the main event it will be TNA World Heavyweight Champion “The Icon” Sting teaming with Kurt Angle to take on Team 3D in a tag team match! The bout features all the competitors in the World Title bout at the “Against All Odds” Pay-Per-View! The question is, can Sting and Angle put their recent issues behind them to function as a team?
- Also in tag team action, it will be The Motor City Machineguns battling “Black Machismo” Jay Lethal and Consequences Creed
- Japanese legend Keiji Mutoh (aka, The Great Muta) will make a special appearance on “IMPACT!” this Thursday night to discuss TNA newcomer Kiyoshi during a special edition of “Rough Cuts”
- In Knockouts action, The Beautiful People will take on the tandem of Taylor Wilde and Roxxi
- Plus, British newcomer Brutus Magnus will make his TNA “iMPACT!” debut

The Beautiful People w/Cute Kip b. Roxxi & Taylor Wilde. After the match, the Beautiful People put paper bags over their heads. “Governor Palin” comes out to make the save.
More detailed. The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Sky w/ Cute Kip) defeated Taylor Wilde and Roxxi in a Knockouts Tag Team Grudge Match after the duo hit the Makeover on Roxxi for the pinfall. They then picked up Taylor Wilde and hit her with the Makeover. Kip drags Taylor and Roxxi to the center of the ring and The Beautiful People places their signature bags over the heads of Taylor and Roxxi. Governor Palin hits the ring and delivers a swinging cradle suplex to Angelina. Also, BP were all bizness and no booty shakes or nothing.

I have been the busiest I ever been these past few weeks and don’t have a lot of time to post quick updates. The website has always been on top of things since its establishment and yes, I’am aware that it hasn’t been like that as of late but things at home are starting to tone down a little bit. School opens Roxxi’s eyes
Heres a great article from the MiamiHerald.Com on Roxxi. Its a good read, so be sure to check it out below.
You probably learned the reality of Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny from an older sibling or classmates in elementary school. Nicole Raczynski discovered the truth of pro wrestling a little later in life at a different type of school.
”This is really funny actually,” said Raczynski, better known as TNA star Roxxi. “I had no idea there was such a thing as a pro wrestling school. I legit thought two guys were mad at each other, got in the ring and started fighting — all the way until I was 21.”
Raczynski, 28, grew up a wrestling fan in Boston. She attended wrestling matches with her parents at the famous Boston Garden. She never knew.
‘One of my friends said, `Hey, I’m going to check out a wrestling school.’ I said, ‘A what?’ He said a wrestling school. I was like, ‘Oh, for amateur stuff.’ He was like, ‘No. For pro wrestling.’ I said, `What the [heck] are you talking about?’
Raczynski found herself at Walter Killer Kowalski’s wrestling school in disbelief.
”It was really weird,” she laughed. ‘I was sitting there, and I was seeing all this stuff happening, and I was like, `What?’ I was like, ‘So, OK,’ and then I was too embarrassed to tell any of the guys. They all found out about it through interviews I do now, and they all make fun of me.”
No one makes fun of Roxxi’s ability in the ring. She is a tough wrestler with solid skills, willing to do whatever it takes to help TNA grow. Just look at her head after TNA’s Sacrifice pay-per-view in May.
After a loss to Gail Kim, she was shaved bald. The TNA fans and Knockouts gave her a standing ovation.
”It was more this is what I have to do, because you can’t really fight it, if that’s what you signed up for,” she said. “I liked having no hair. It was the easiest way to get ready. It took me five minutes. Now, I have to do stuff with it.”
Roxxi is Roxxi.
”I have no problem going out there and making a fool of myself,” she said. “That’s what I do. I’m really good at it.”
Roxxi is also really good at working a match with her opponent. She learned from some of the best including Steve Bradley and Kowalski.
