Roxx used to be known as Roxxi Laveaux in TNA. The fans greeted her with a “Roxy” chant. Roxx started well but, at 0:30, Del Rey dropped her with a combo kick out of nowhere. Del Rey worked Roxx over with hard strikes and power moves. Roxx did a good job rallying the fans for her comeback at 2:00. She set up Del Rey for her finisher at 3:00, but Del Rey avoided it and quickly nailed Roxx with her Royal butterfly finisher.
WINNER: Sara Del Rey in 3:00. Decent enhancement match to make Del Rey look strong. Roxx got enough offense to come across as respectable, and connected well with the fans.
Tonight’s edition of ROH TV on HDNet will feature the first steel cage match on ROH TV with Claudio Castagnoli vs. Brent Albright.
Their feud has been ongoing on ROH TV for several weeks including Albright being booked to win a flag match on the July 11 edition of the show. The video below shows the progression of the feud.
Also on the show is Tyler Black & Jerry Lynn vs. Rhett Titus & Kenny King in a high-profile tag match, former TNA wrestler Sonjay Dutt in action, and SHIMMER women’s wrestling

Match Number Four: Alyssa Flash versus Cody Deaner in a Lumberjack Match
Alyssa pushes Cody over the top rope to the floor and Cody squares off with Tara and Christy but Kong with a body block from behind. They all go after Cody. Cody falls victim to a double suplex from Roxxi and Bolt. Then Cody is sent into the ring post. Alyssa gets the three count.

Match Number Four: Angelina Love and Velvet Sky versus Madison Rayne and Roxxi in a Women’s Tag Team Tournament First Round Match
Madison and Angelina start things off but Roxxi tags in and she connects with forearms to Angelina followed by a Samoan drop and back senton splash for a near fall. Angelina sends Roxxi to the mat and Velvet is tagged in for a double elbow drop for a near fall. Velvet with a version of a curb stomp for a near fall. Madison tags in and they hit a double back elbow for a near fall. Madison with forearms but Angelina pulls Madison down by the hair. While the referee deals with Roxxi, Angelina and Velvet with some double team moves. Angelina tags in and she kicks Madison in the back. Velvet tags in and she hits a snap mare and kick to the back. Velvet with another snap mare and kick to the back for a near fall. Velvet with shoulders in the corner. Madison makes the tag and so does Velvet. Roxxi with forearms and a kick to Angelina. Roxxi with a fallaway slam to Velvet. Roxxi with the Voodoo drop but she can only get a two count. Velvet and Roxxi fight to the floor and Angelina with a rollup and a handful of tights that forces some digitization for the three count.
There was a slight misunderstanding with the spoilers posted and Nikki was not featured on tonight’s broadcast of Impact. We are now sure that she will be appearing on next week’s show.

According to TNAWrestlingNews.Com, it appears as Nikki is not in contract with TNA and her appearances in the tapings this week was a one night deal.
As noted earlier, former TNA Knockout Roxxi (Nicole Raczynski) worked an iMPACT! taping earlier this week to participate in the Knockouts Tag Team Championship Tournament. It was apparently a one-night return as Roxxi told people nobody said anything to her about returning as a regular nor was she offered a contract with the organization. She had just started working with the AAA promotion in Mexico and contacted them to say even though she worked for TNA, she’s still ready to work for them. Roxxi was let go by TNA this past April after she and Rhaka Khan had a problem in a match that carried over backstage resulting in both being suspended. When Roxxi was let go, it was believed to be as result of Khan’s relationship with Kurt Angle at the time.
