It was reported that TNA released Knockout Sojo Bolt. Some weeks or so prior former Knockout Roxxi (Nikki Roxx) made a surprise return. She hasn’t been seen since. What is her status with TNA? Was this just a one time thing? Any chance of Roxxi (Nikki Roxx) returning to TNA full time?

Roxxi will be back with the company on a full-time basis going forward.

WSU, the company that provides more women wrestling shows than any other company today, will return with one more event in 2009. On December 12th, WSU will be teaming up with our big brother promotion, the NWS to present a combined show, which will feature at least 6 huge women matches plus only the entertainment that WSU can provide. NWS will also be presenting several men matches at the event, featuring the likes of former WWE IC & Tag Team Champion, “El Matador” Tito Santana. All WSU talent & NWS talent will be made available for autographs/photos prior to the show & during intermission.

NIKKI ROXX VS CINDY ROGERS
In a match we’ve actually seen before in WSU, Rogers & Roxx, staples from WSU’s 2007 days, will lock up one more time in 2009. These two have had excellent matches with each other in the past. In fact, when Roxx, the former WSU World Champion, was in possession of the championship, she made her first defense against Rogers. These two are no strangers to each other.

This match will determine future championship matches. Roxx is coming off two failed attempts against Martinez. Rogers is in the middle of a comeback, as Rogers missed alot of time in 2008-2009 due to injuries and a car accident. These two stars who have fought for the WSU Championship before are looking to get back into the mix and earn their right to become WSU World Champion.

However, this match will be different than their previous battles, as Roxx seems to have an alliance with Rain and will do anything to win. This match might not be about respect, it will be about getting the job done. Will Roxx be able to get back onto the winning track or will Rogers get back onto the championship road? This will be a match not to be missed.

Tonight’s edition of ROH TV on HDNet will feature the first steel cage match on ROH TV with Claudio Castagnoli vs. Brent Albright.

Their feud has been ongoing on ROH TV for several weeks including Albright being booked to win a flag match on the July 11 edition of the show. The video below shows the progression of the feud.

Also on the show is Tyler Black & Jerry Lynn vs. Rhett Titus & Kenny King in a high-profile tag match, former TNA wrestler Sonjay Dutt in action, and SHIMMER women’s wrestling
between Nikki Roxx and Sara Del Rey.

As noted earlier, former TNA Knockout Roxxi (Nicole Raczynski) worked an iMPACT! taping earlier this week to participate in the Knockouts Tag Team Championship Tournament. It was apparently a one-night return as Roxxi told people nobody said anything to her about returning as a regular nor was she offered a contract with the organization. She had just started working with the AAA promotion in Mexico and contacted them to say even though she worked for TNA, she’s still ready to work for them. Roxxi was let go by TNA this past April after she and Rhaka Khan had a problem in a match that carried over backstage resulting in both being suspended. When Roxxi was let go, it was believed to be as result of Khan’s relationship with Kurt Angle at the time.

As reported yesterday, former TNA Knockout Roxxi will be returning to the company for the first time since her release at this week’s iMPACT! tapings in Orlando. The initial belief is she is being brought back for the Knockouts Tag Team Tournament, but could get her job back if she performs well and garners a strong reaction from the crowd. Many within TNA noted how quick the company was to bring her back after Rhaka Khan fell out of favor politically due to the Kurt Angle situation. Roxxi was let go following a backstage issue with Khan earlier in the year.

As first reported here during the week, TNA’s Jeremy Borash has confirmed the return of Roxxi aka Nikki Roxx. The confirmation took place during a live video chat with fans on popular site, Ustream.

Given the brackets, one can assume that Roxxi will be returning to team with Madison Rayne in her opening tournament match with the Beautiful People.

That match, I expect, will air next Thursday given the tease this past week. Impact will be taping on Monday and Tuesday, so I expect we’ll have spoilers on Monday night.

We received word that solves the ‘familiar face’ mystery Jeremy Borash tweeted about last night. We’re told that former Knockout, Roxxi aka Nikki Roxx, is set to return to TNA.

I don’t know about you but Roxxi sure does fit the bill of a familiar face that “you probably wouldn’t expect.”

Furthermore, I’ve confirmed that at least one other reliable source has been told & is reporting the same thing.
